Bausch + Lomb in the United States seeks a U.S. Head of Sales, Glaucoma, to lead the launch readiness and growth planning for ELIOS.

This role builds and leads the national sales organization, sets sales strategy, and drives revenue, adoption, and utilization in glaucoma and cataract settings. The position requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Training, Operations, and Finance, and significant travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive commercial experience in medical devices/ophthalmology.
• Experience selling capital equipment, consumables, and service contracts.
• Proven success launching medical technology in complex clinical selling environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute US sales strategy and launch plan for ELIOS.
• Build the US sales organization, territory structure, and account coverage.
• Recruit, onboard, train, certify, coach, and retain sales leaders and field professionals.
• Lead commercial launch readiness, milestones, and field deployment.
• Identify targets and build a pipeline of early adopters and reference accounts.
• Ensure accounts are prepared for contracting, reimbursement, and training.
