Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Territory Manager for Glaucoma on the East Coast. This remote, field-based role covers a high-potential territory with 25%-75% travel and a focus on launching and promoting the ELIOS platform across glaucoma practices.

The candidate will manage surgeons and OR staff, educate on clinical value, and build a durable pipeline to drive adoption and revenue growth. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of outside sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of outside sales, preferably ophthalmic or medical device.
• Experience launching new medical technologies or markets is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships with surgeons and OR staff.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives with strategic activities.
• Launch the ELIOS platform in the assigned glaucoma territory.
• Develop a territory business plan for adoption and growth.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of surgeon accounts and opportunities.
• Serve as liaison to surgeons, OR staff, and decision-makers.
• Educate on clinical application and product value of glaucoma technologies.
• Coordinate evaluations and provide technical support during procedures.
• Develop clinical expertise in glaucoma, MIGS, and ELIOS.
• Identify early adopters and reference accounts to accelerate adoption.
• Conduct market analysis and provide field intelligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and manage territory expenses.
• Complete all training and compliance requirements.
