Bausch + Lomb is seeking the U.S. Head of Sales, Glaucoma to lead the launch and growth of ELIOS across the United States.

You will build the national sales organization, set strategy, and prepare the field and customers for launch, driving revenue, adoption, and utilization in collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and National Accounts. Strong expertise in both glaucoma and cataract surgery is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, healthcare, science, or related field preferred.
• 11+ years of progressive commercial experience in medical devices/ophthalmology; leadership experience required.
• Experience selling capital equipment, consumables, and service contracts; cross-selling multiple products.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute U.S. sales strategy and launch plan for ELIOS, including revenue, adoption, and utilization goals.
• Build and lead U.S. sales organization; establish territory structure and strategic account coverage.
• Recruit, onboard, train, certify, coach, and retain sales leaders and field professionals in glaucoma and cataract.
• Lead commercial launch readiness with milestones, field deployment, and risk management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate clinical evidence and value propositions.
