Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Territory Manager for Surgical Glaucoma to drive growth and adoption of the ELIOS platform across ophthalmic practices, ASCs, and hospitals. You will engage surgeons and staff, deliver clinical education, and build a sustainable territory business.

The role targets remote, field-based work with travel and requires clinical expertise, sales acumen, and strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive strategies and customer support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful outside sales experience in ophthalmic/medical devices or related healthcare fields.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales objectives in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through lead generation, education, and account development.
• Launch and establish the ELIOS platform within the territory with surgeons and ophthalmic practices.
• Develop a territory business plan to drive adoption and procedural growth.
• Build a robust pipeline of surgeons and accounts and guide them from engagement to routine utilization.
• Educate surgeons on the clinical and economic value of Bausch + Lomb technologies.
• Coordinate evaluations and provide on-site procedural support.
