Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Territory Manager for Surgical Glaucoma to drive adoption of the ELIOS platform within ophthalmic practices across the United States. This remote, field-based role requires engaging surgeons and OR staff, providing clinical support, and building a sustainable territory business.

With 5+ years of outside sales experience in ophthalmic or medical devices, you will lead education, evaluations, and account planning to meet or exceed sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in ophthalmic, medical device, surgical, or specialty healthcare sales.
• Ophthalmic surgical sales experience strongly preferred.
• Glaucoma and/or MIGS experience preferred.
• Prior experience launching new medical technologies or developing new markets preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales objectives and building business in competitive markets.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and progress accounts through evaluation, adoption, and routine utilization.
• Strong territory management, account planning, forecasting, business development, and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through strategic sales activities.
• Launch and establish the ELIOS platform within the territory with key surgeons and practices.
• Develop a territory business plan to create sustainable adoption and growth.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of surgeons and accounts and guide them through adoption.
• Serve as liaison for assigned accounts with surgeons, OR staff, and decision-makers.
• Educate surgeons on proper use and value of glaucoma technologies.
• Coordinate evaluations and provide procedural support during surgeries.
• Develop clinical expertise in glaucoma and MIGS to support customers.
