Bausch + Lomb is seeking a U.S. Head of Sales, Glaucoma to lead the launch readiness and growth planning for ELIOS in the United States.

This role builds the national sales organization, sets strategy, and drives revenue and adoption across the glaucoma portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring deep glaucoma/cataract experience, strong cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to travel extensively to partner with surgeons, hospitals, and strategic accounts.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of progressive commercial experience in medical devices/ophthalmology.
• Experience leading field sales across multiple regions.
• Proven success in launching medical technology and driving adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the U.S. sales strategy and launch plan for ELIOS.
• Build and lead the U.S. sales organization and territory structure.
• Recruit, onboard, train, certify and retain sales leaders and field professionals.
• Lead commercial launch readiness, including milestones and risk management.
• Develop compensation plans supporting equipment placement and cross‑selling.
• Identify targets and build a pipeline of early adopters and reference accounts.
• Ensure contracting, credentialing, reimbursement, and training for launch accounts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to communicate clinical evidence and value.
