Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Territory Manager for Surgical Glaucoma to drive adoption of the ELIOS platform across ophthalmic practices, ASCs, and hospitals in the U.S. You will educate surgeons, coordinate evaluations, and support procedures to grow a sustainable territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in ophthalmic, medical device, surgical, or specialty healthcare sales.
• Ophthalmic surgical sales experience strongly preferred.
• Glaucoma and/or MIGS experience preferred.
• Prior experience launching new medical technologies or developing new markets preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales objectives and building business in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through strategic sales activities.
• Launch and establish the ELIOS platform within the territory by identifying high-potential surgeons and ophthalmic practices.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive adoption and procedural growth.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of accounts and surgeons, guiding engagement from evaluation to routine utilization.
• Serve as the primary liaison for surgeons and OR staff, providing clinical education and value demonstration.
• Coordinate customer evaluations and provide technical support during procedures.
• Develop deep clinical expertise in glaucoma, MIGS, and ELIOS technologies.
