Strive Sa in Austin, Texas, seeks a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own the US marketing engine with a remote, US-based footprint. The role drives demand and pipeline for public sector and enterprise buyers, reporting into US commercial leadership.

You will lead ABM programs, integrated campaigns, and content across channels, with HubSpot and Salesforce at the core. You’ll manage a junior marketer, partner with Sales, and travel across the US as needed to accelerate opportunities.

Competenze

• 6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally GovTech or public sector.
• Proven experience managing external agencies with budgets and scope.
• Commercial mindset linking marketing to pipeline and revenue.
• ABM programs built around priority accounts and influencers.
• Strong copy, messaging, nurture flows, and use of AI tools.

• Own the US marketing funnel end-to-end in partnership with Sales.
• Build ABM programs around priority state DOTs and major accounts.
• Create integrated campaigns to generate demand and accelerate opportunities.
