Ascend Learning, a healthcare and learning technology company, seeks a Senior Demand Generation Manager to plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Growth, and Brand teams to align go-to-market efforts and drive revenue.

The role emphasizes analytics, A/B testing, and cross-functional leadership to improve lead quality and pipeline growth in a hybrid work model across MA/KS offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalency required.
• 8+ years of B2B demand generation experience.
• Proficient with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and CRM platforms.
• Experience with attribution reporting and sales/marketing tech stacks.
• Strong understanding of digital customer experience and data-driven strategies.
• Knowledge of education and/or healthcare markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand gen campaign strategies with Marketing leadership for key campaigns.
• Lead campaigns end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze campaign performance using dashboards and reports.
• Optimize funnels and journeys to maximize lead conversion and revenue.
• Coordinate with Sales for lead handoff and pipeline reviews.
• Lead ABM programs and account-based campaigns.
