VikingGenetics seeks an ambitious Sales Manager to expand our footprint in the United States. This remote role focuses on building strong on‑farm partnerships with dairy producers to reach breeding goals.

Responsibilities include growing semen sales, identifying farms, and developing tailored breeding strategies, while maintaining CRM records and traveling about 50%. Midwest region preferred, with occasional in-person team meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience selling bovine genetics to dairy customers is preferred.
• Experience selling products or services to dairy farmers.
• Deep understanding of dairy cattle genetic improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in customer outreach and solution presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Grow semen sales within your assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dairy farmers.
• Identify farms that align with VikingGenetics breeding objectives.
• Develop tailored breeding strategies using VikingGenetics.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Plan and manage your schedule and travel (~50%).
• Participate in remote and occasional in-person team meetings.
• Represent VikingGenetics at customer visits, events and activities.
