Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative – Dairy to drive sales across South Dakota, Iowa, and potentially Minnesota. This fully remote role requires residence in SD, IA, or MN and travel within the territory as needed.

The candidate will build relationships with dairy producers, nutrition professionals, feed mills, and distributors, while communicating technical product benefits. The successful candidate will have dairy/animal science background, 3+ years of sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture-related field (prefer Dairy/Animal Science).
• Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience with demonstrated customer growth and value-based selling.
• Strong business acumen: action planning, goal setting, strategic account management.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory sales strategies and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify, qualify, and develop prospects across animal nutrition and dairy industries.
• Grow existing accounts and acquire new customers through consultative selling.
• Develop relationships with feed companies, premix manufacturers, distributors, independent nutritionists, veterinarians, and other channel partners.
• Build strategic relationships with dairy producers and key industry decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant product benefits.
• Support customers throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting and technical discussions to negotiations and closing.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and product performance and communicate feedback internally.
• Explain product value proposition using technical and scientific information.
• Present product information to nutrition professionals, dairy producers, feed mills, and other influencers.
• Monitor dairy industry trends, competitive products, and market developments.
