Job summary

STgenetics seeks a Dairy Sales Account Manager to provide consultative sales and support to dairy accounts in New York. You will demonstrate the value of STgenetics’ program offerings to increase and maintain sales in the east region.

This is a remote position only. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have an established dairy network, be goal driven to surpass sales targets, have experience in consultative sales, and a strong desire to build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy/Animal Science or related field.
• 2+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Experience with dairy businesses or dairy background.
• Strong English communication; Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Increase existing sales by identifying new targets, demonstrating value proposition, and providing outstanding genetic, reproductive, and farm management consultation to optimize customer profitability.
• Grow and strengthen existing client relationships through excellent customer service, value-added services, and technical support.
• Build STgenetics’ image on the dairy as a respected member of the dairy management team, helping to enhance profitability through genetic progress, optimized reproductive success, and technology implementation.
• Develop written and digital reports to promote STgenetics as a leader in optimizing profitability for dairies on their genetic, reproductive and management programs.
