Bayer is seeking a skilled operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery and strong customer satisfaction through data-driven process improvements.

You will coordinate with IT, Master Data, Regulatory and commercial teams to manage readiness activities and maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Knowledge of regulated pharma environments with serialization or specialty models.
• Strong SAP/ERP and data integration knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including billing and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support new business models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk & readiness reporting.
