Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in pharma operations or healthcare supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and serialized or 3PL models.
• Strong SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, and serialization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing, and cash collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, launches, and new business/supply models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements across IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk, readiness metrics and escalation paths.
• Maintain Bayer readiness via engagement with trade associations.
