Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery and strong customer satisfaction, coordinating data, systems and pricing workstreams.

Responsibilities include driving process improvements, collaborating across IT, finance, and commercial teams, and leading readiness for NDC-12 within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive or 3PL‑supported models; knowledge of SAP/ERP and data interfaces.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, billing and cash collection support; oversee third-party operations.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; advise on contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions; build relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs; ensure readiness activities across interfaces.
• Align requirements across IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners; maintain risk and readiness reporting.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and manage project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics and escalation paths.
