Job summary

Bayer, USA, is seeking a supply chain operations lead to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, traceability, and government pricing programs while ensuring compliant, reliable service and high customer satisfaction.

You will drive process improvements, collaborate with IT, QA, regulatory, and commercial teams, and manage cross-functional readiness across master data and system interfaces.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed or 3PL‑supported supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support; oversee third-party operations at Accenture and act as escalation point.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, operational controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers; strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, customer operations, pricing, contracting, government pricing and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards with interfacing functions such as IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, Compliance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths; provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions at trade associations regarding NDC-12 implementation and Bayer’s readiness.
