Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate resources, optimize processes, ensure compliance, and work with cross-functional teams to meet service levels and quality standards.

The role emphasizes NDC-12 readiness, data/system coordination, and collaboration with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, and Financial partners to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years in a relevant role or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized or specialized supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, and data interface concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support; manage third-party operations.
