Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You’ll drive process improvements, coordinate with IT, master data, and finance, and ensure compliant service delivery with a focus on NDC-12 readiness.

You will partner with account managers, sales, and marketing to optimize customer engagement while maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialized/specialty models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes, including account setup, billing, and cash collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches or new business models.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for customers.
• Coordinate readiness activities across master data, SAP, pricing, and government programs.
• Maintain alignment with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
