Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and ensure compliant, efficient service delivery across master data, systems, and pricing programs.

You will manage NDC-12 readiness, collaborate with IT, regulatory, and commercial teams, and lead readiness reporting to PMO and leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑ managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions, by translating regulatory, data and system requirements into operational actions.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, communication and stakeholder management across levels of seniority.
• Proactive, forward-thinking approach to evolving customer solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash-collection support; oversee third-party operations as escalation point.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as expert for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness across master data, SAP, interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics and escalation paths for PMO updates.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 and Bayer’s readiness approach.
