Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma supply chain to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes, ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, traceability and government pricing, manage cross-functional partnerships with IT, Master Data, Regulatory and Finance, and drive continuous process improvements in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as the escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a subject-matter expert for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, customer operations, pricing, contracting, government pricing and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards, dependencies and controls with interfacing functions such as IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, Compliance and external partners.
• Lead the integrated cluster plans and maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths, providing transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions regarding NDC-12 implementation and Bayer's readiness approach.
