Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced operations leader in the US Pharma market to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure compliant service delivery and drive readiness for NDC-12 initiatives across data, systems, and government programs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharma operations, strong SAP knowledge, and a track record of process improvements in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty or contract-managed supply models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, CS, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business/supply models; act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain partners to develop tailored customer solutions and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risk, and provide transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
