Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities across the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will optimize processes, ensure compliance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable service and accurate billing.

In this role you will drive process improvements, manage third-party relationships, and contribute to readiness programs such as NDC-12.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, or 3PL-based models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization, and inventory.
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into practical actions.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing, and cash collection.
• Serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues with Accenture third-party ops.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, and pricing.
• Maintain alignment with IT, Regulatory, Quality, Finance and external partners.
