Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery and reliable supply.

You will drive NDC-12 readiness, manage master data and system interfaces, and collaborate with IT, finance, regulatory, and commercial partners to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive or partner-managed supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and advise on contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics to develop tailored solutions for customers and strengthen relationships with account managers, sales and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory and Finance teams.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, dependencies, readiness metrics and PMO reporting.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 and adapt readiness approach to evolving external expectations.
