Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee daily Order‑to‑Bill and Bill‑to‑Cash activities for the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure compliant processes, and drive readiness for NDC‑12 across data, systems, and pricing streams.

The role requires strong SAP/ERP, data mastery, and regulatory knowledge, with exposure to serialized and partner‑managed supply models.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience in a related role
• Experience in pharma/healthcare operations, supply chain, master data, and systems integration
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and serialized, specialty, and partner‑managed supply models

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order‑to‑Bill and Bill‑to‑Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collections
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on logistics and supply chain operations to tailor solutions and strengthen relationships
• Coordinate NDC‑12 readiness across master data, SAP/systems interfaces, serialization, pricing and special programs
• Align requirements with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain and external partners
• Lead integrated cluster plans, maintain risks and readiness metrics, and report to PMO/leadership
• Maintain awareness of industry discussions on NDC‑12 implementation and Bayer readiness
