Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced operations leader in the US Pharma market to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for hematology and specialty portfolios. You will ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction while driving NDC-12 readiness across data, systems and pricing workstreams.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma or healthcare operations, a strong SAP/ERP background, and proven cross-functional collaboration with IT, Regulatory, Finance

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive or contract-controlled supply models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, and serialization/traceability.
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into practical actions.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and act as escalation point for issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches or new business models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, and pricing.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks and provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Monitor Bayer’s readiness for NDC-12 in line with industry guidance.
