Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant service delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

You will drive NDC-12 readiness, collaborate with IT, Data, Regulatory, and commercial teams, and lead cluster plans with transparency to PMO and leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-backed models.
• Strong SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization/traceability, inventory and partner operations knowledge.
• Ability to bridge business requirements with IT and business functions; translate regulatory/data requirements into operational actions.
• Experience in impact assessment, requirements gathering, dependency management, testing, and readiness reporting.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management across levels.
• Proactive, forward-thinking approach to evolving customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, launches, and new business/supply models; advise on contracts and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization and pricing.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans; manage risks, readiness metrics, and PMO updates.
• Stay aligned with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation and Bayer readiness.
