Cisco ThousandEyes is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the primary advocate for assigned accounts, driving technical success and platform adoption. You will analyze network performance data to extract actionable insights and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align solutions with infrastructure goals.

You will lead business reviews and health checks, translating technical findings into strategic business outcomes that enhance retention and customer

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of related experience, Master’s with 4+ years of related, or PhD with 1+ years of related experience.
Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services.
Experience with application and network protocols including HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and BGP.
Experience administering Linux systems, including reading system logs and checking network connectivity.
Experience with application and network performance analysis solutions.
