Job summary

HR Business Solutions is seeking five North America BD Managers to establish and grow a Chinese safety and smart home brand’s US offline presence from scratch. You will open and develop retail, home improvement, professional security, and e-commerce extension channels, build the US team, and bridge US and China operations.

Key responsibilities include strategy development, channel entry plans, supplier onboarding, contract negotiations, and coordinating annual marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership and business development skills.
• Experience building US sales channels from 0 to 1.
• Strong channel strategy and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of retail/professional security channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build a US offline sales team from scratch and lead cross-border collaboration.
• Develop channel-specific entry strategies and joint business plans for GTM launches.
• Manage supplier onboarding, contract negotiations, and annual marketing coordination.
• Oversee channel KPI systems including distribution rate, sell-through, and inventory turnover.
• Coordinate offline channels (retail, home improvement, pro security) with e-commerce extensions.
