Job summary

HR Business Solutions seeks a Sales Leader / Country Manager to lead the US business from a remote position. You will build a US offline sales team and open retail and professional security channels while coordinating with partners and suppliers to drive growth in the US market.

You will assess market trends, plan channel strategies, and manage key accounts, leading go-to-market efforts for new product launches and ensuring alignment across cultures.

Qualifications

• US retail channel knowledge
• Experience building channels from 0 to 1 and managing channel procurement decisions
• Strong ability to align supply and demand with retail partners
• Familiarity with offline and online channel integration
• Knowledge of US regulations and standards relevant to security and smart home

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Business Insight: assess market trends and set channel entry plans with phased targets.
• Business Development and Execution: build channels from 0 to 1, manage key accounts, and drive joint business plan implementation.
• Organization Building and Management: recruit and lead a US offline team; coordinate US–China collaboration.
• Results Orientation: establish KPI systems for offline distribution, sell-through, inventory turnover, and channel ROI.
• Digital Savvy: leverage data and AI tools to integrate online and offline channels for GTM success.
