Motorola Solutions, through its Silvus Technologies subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer for the US Air Force to bridge RF capabilities with DoD requirements. You will support field tests, demonstrations, and customer engagements across airborne and expeditionary networks.

Reporting to the Director of Applications Engineering, you will work with cross-functional teams to showcase interoperability, guide product roadmap, and respond to RFIs/RFPs.

Formación

• Exposure to Software-Defined Radios (SDRs) or tactical comms systems.
• Familiar with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
• Security clearance: Active SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. Citizenship required for government contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze US Air Force operational priorities and map requirements to radio solutions.
• Plan network configurations and coordinate field trials and evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineering and BD to ensure technically sound architectures.
