Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer for the US Air Force to bridge RF capabilities with DoD requirements. You will support technical planning, field trials, and demonstrations across airborne, surface, and expeditionary networks.

Reporting to the Applications Engineering director, you’ll collaborate with engineering and BD teams, present demonstrations, and help translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs while travel remains

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related C5ISR field with 2–5 years of demonstrated experience in systems engineering, technical business development, or defense technology roles; OR High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant technical or defense experience.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.

Mansioni

• Analyze US Air Force operational priorities and map requirements to tactical radio solutions.
• Plan, configure networks, and run field trials and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and BD teams to verify architectures are sound.
• Engage with Air Force program offices and labs to translate field feedback into roadmap inputs.
• Travel up to 50% for field tests and demonstrations.
