Silvus Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with US Air Force requirements. You will support field trials, demos, and technical demonstrations across airborne and ground networks.

Reporting to Applications Engineering, you will work with engineering and business development teams to map priorities to solutions while traveling up to 50% for field tests and customer meetings.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer/Network Engineering or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years of experience in systems engineering, technical business development, or defense roles.
• Security clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.

• Analyze US Air Force priorities and map requirements to tactical radio solutions.
• Support field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Collaborate to verify proposed architectures are technically sound.
• Travel up to 50% for field tests and demonstrations.
