Job summary

Coloplast is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for Interventional Urology in the New England region. Based in Boston, you'll drive sales for implantable and single-use devices by building strategic plans and nurturing relationships with surgeons and healthcare teams.

You will analyze market data, manage accounts, and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet territory targets while adhering to compliance standards and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Urology background and implantable device sales preferred.
• Strong relationship and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to travel 30-50% and possess a valid driver's license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Engage targeted accounts and execute a clear, strategic territory plan.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify opportunities in the territory.
• Understand customer decision-makers and their issues to tailor solutions.
• Advance the sales process to meet or exceed product-line targets.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships to grow product usage in key accounts.
• Provide accurate CRM updates, forecasting, and expense management.
