Job summary

Coloplast in Los Angeles North, CA is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to drive sales in Interventional Urology - Men's Health. You will build partnerships with key decision makers, provide clinical consultations, and manage the implantable and single-use devices within your territory.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience, a background in urology preferred, and strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. Travel 30–50% and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Urology background and implantable device sales preferred.
• Experienced in relationship and consultative selling.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Negotiating, analytical, oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and follow through.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 30–50%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales objectives by cultivating partnerships with key decision makers and clinicians.
• Target Urology customers by selling Coloplast implantable and single-use devices.
• Develop strategic territory plans and analyze sales/marketing data to identify opportunities.
• Execute sales process with targeted accounts and advance opportunities.
• Build cross-functional relationships to maximize customer engagement and product adoption.
