Job summary

Coloplast is seeking an Associate Territory Manager (Interventional Urology - Men’s Health) in Memphis. The role focuses on achieving territory sales objectives, targeting urology accounts, and servicing implantable and single-use surgical devices.

You will build strategic plans, engage healthcare professionals, and drive market share while adhering to Coloplast policies. The position requires at least 2 years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel 30–50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Urology background and implantable device sales preferred.
• Experienced in relationship and consultative selling skills.
• Experienced in interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experienced in negotiating, analytical, oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and follow through.
• Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel 30–50%.

Responsibilities

• Engage targeted accounts and execute strategic plans to meet sales objectives.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify opportunities in the territory.
• Understand customer decision makers and their concerns to drive Coloplast products.
• Advance the sales process to achieve targets for each product line focus.
• Develop and maintain relationships to maximize product usage within accounts.
• Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and expense management.
