Job summary

Coloplast is seeking an Associate Territory Manager in New Orleans to drive sales in Interventional Urology—Men's Health. You will manage key accounts, build clinician relationships, and deliver value through clinical and financial impact during procedures.

Responsibilities include planning calls, analyzing market data, and collaborating across teams to expand market share while meeting territory targets and adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Urology background and implantable device sales preferred.
• Experienced in relationship and consultative selling skills.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Negotiation, analytical, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage targeted accounts and execute a strategic plan to hit territory sales objectives.
• Analyze key sales and marketing data to identify opportunities in the territory.
• Identify decision makers and address their issues and concerns.
• Advance the sales process to meet product-line targets.
• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasting.
