Job summary

Coloplast is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for Interventional Urology - Men’s Health to cover Manhattan. You will drive sales, cultivate partnerships with key decision makers, and provide clinical consultations to support implantable devices in urology.

The role requires field-based engagement with surgeons and hospital staff, travel up to 50%, and strong consultative selling skills to hit territory targets and grow market share.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Urology background and implantable device sales preferred.
• Strong relationship and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Engage targeted accounts with a strategic plan to meet turf sales objectives.
• Develop and implement business strategies to maximize territory performance.
• Understand customer decision makers and their issues to drive proposals and contracts.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses and present value propositions.
• Travel up to 50% to visit healthcare facilities and customers.
