Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred with 3+ years of med tech sales experience.
• Or 2-year associate degree with 5+ years of med tech sales experience.
• Or 7+ years of med tech sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years medical sales experience selling to physicians.
• Urology background and implantable device sales preferred.
• Proficient in relationship and consultative selling.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage targeted accounts and execute a strategic territory plan.
• Develop sales strategies to maximize product line performance.
• Build long-term relationships with surgeons, nurses, and procurement.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast sales, and manage territory expenses.
