You will handle registrations, collect payments, confirm demographics and insurance details, and support visitors while maintaining a welcoming, efficient front desk. Prior customer service experience is preferred, with potential healthcare exposure and bilingual abilities valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0–2 years experience in a customer service position.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology helpful.
• Bilingual abilities considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and guests, confirms identity and provides necessary information.
• Completes check-in/out functions and updates patient information.
• Obtains consent/authorizations and registers patients as needed.
• Collects co-payments and outstanding balances; processes payments.
• Posts payments and assists with end-of-day cash handling.
• Keeps waiting area clean and comfortable and informs patients of delays.
