Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and registers them, verifies insurance, collects co-pays and balances.
• Updates patient demographics and company information.
• Answers calls and schedules appointments.
• Coordinates scheduling of outside testing and acts as liaison between patient and practice.
• Performs daily work with emphasis on patient safety and confidentiality.
• Reconciles daily charges and files test/procedure results.
