Responsibilities

• Greets patients and guests, verifies identity and provides visit information.
• Completes check-in and check-out procedures as directed.
• Confirms and updates patient demographics and insurance information.
• Obtains patient consents/authorizations as needed.
• Collects co-payments and posts payments; processes end-of-day cash.
• Keeps waiting area clean and comfortable.
• Informs patients of delays or changes to appointment status; schedules as needed.
• May float to other ICCs/departments as required.
