Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Healthcare experience or bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests and confirm their identity.
• Check in and check out patients as directed.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Assist with patient registration and consents.
• Collect co-payments and process payments.
• Post payments and close end-of-day cash drawer.
• Provide accurate appointment scheduling and updates.
• Maintain waiting area cleanliness.
