Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and guests on arrival and confirms identity.
• Assists with check-in/out functions and schedules appointments.
• Verifies and updates patient demographics/insurance information.
• Performs patient registration as needed and collects co-payments/fees.
• Posts payments and closes cash drawer at end of day.
• Keeps waiting area clean and comfortable and informs patients of delays.
• May float to other clinics/departments as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
