Job summary

Coloplast is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for Interventional Urology - Men's Health, based in Indianapolis, IN, to drive territory sales and build partnerships with key decision makers. You will conduct clinical consultations, manage accounts, and promote Coloplast implantable and single-use devices.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of sales experience, and strong consultative selling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Urology background and implantable device sales preferred.
• Experienced in relationship and consultative selling skills.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Negotiating, analytical, oral and written communication skills.
• High attention for detail and follow through.
• Exceptional listening skills.
• Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently, high initiative and results orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel overnight (30 - 50%).

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales objectives by engaging key decision makers and providing clinical consultations.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to maximize sales for Coloplast's implantable and single-use surgical devices.
• Cultivate business partnerships with healthcare professionals and facilities while maintaining relationships across product lines.
• Utilize CRM tools and sales reports to forecast, track progress, and manage territory activities.
• Present at procedures when required and ensure adherence to operating room protocols.
