Coloplast is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for Interventional Urology - Men’s Health in New England. You will drive sales growth by engaging urology customers, delivering clinical consultations, and expanding the use of Coloplast implantable and single-use devices across hospitals and private practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Urology background and implantable device sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experienced in negotiating, analytical, oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel 30–50%.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales objectives and develop a strategic plan.
• Cultivate partnerships with key decision makers and clinical leaders.
• Target Urology customers and service Coloplast implantable and single-use devices.
• Build relationships and support cross-functional teams to drive growth.
