Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Urology Gynecology Sales Manager to lead a high-performing specialty sales team across URO and GYN markets in the United States. The role focuses on expanding adoption of the da Vinci Surgical System and related digital solutions while coordinating with Clinical Sales Managers and hospital leadership to execute strategic market plans.

The position requires strong leadership, deep familiarity with the OR environment, and a track record of growing surgical modality

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in da Vinci Surgery Sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management.
• In-depth knowledge of operating room environment.
• Knowledge of the capital equipment sales process.
• Experience directing a medical device sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Training: ISI field sales management course.
• Remote field management and sales process expertise.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a robust specialty sales strategy for URO and GYN.
• Expand the URO and GYN user base with a training pipeline of new surgeons.
• Collaborate with overlapping CSMs for coordinated market strategies.
• Demonstrate proficiency with multiple technology platforms to support dV adoption.
• Promote advanced instruments and accessories for urologic and gynecologic procedures.
• Align with hospitals and surgeons to support the full da Vinci program.
