Intuitive is seeking a URO/GYN Sales Manager to drive adoption of the da Vinci Surgical Systems across assigned markets. Lead a high-performing team, collaborate with Clinical Sales Managers, and align with ISI Ecosystem resources to expand surgical capabilities in Urology and Gynecology.

The role requires a track record in da Vinci Surgery sales or 5+ years in clinical sales leadership, with strong OR knowledge.

Competenze

5+ years of clinical sales team management experience or proven da Vinci Surgery sales track record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership and coaching.
Knowledge of operating room environment and capital equipment sales processes.

Mansioni

Develop and execute a robust specialty sales strategy for Urology and Gynecology to exceed goals and drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical Systems.
Expand the URO and GYN user base by cultivating a training pipeline of new surgeons.
Collaborate with overlapping CSMs to develop market strategies and account plans.
Support product education, clinical adoption, and procedural growth in URO and GYN.
Build relationships with hospital stakeholders and manage the training pipeline and territory planning.
