Intuitive Surgical is seeking a da Vinci Surgery Sales Manager (UGSM) to lead a specialty team in Urology and Gynecology, driving adoption and utilization of the da Vinci Surgical Systems across assigned markets. You will collaborate with Clinical Sales Managers to align market strategies and execute territory plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of clinical sales team management experience or proven da Vinci Surgery sales track record.
• In-depth knowledge of Operating Room environment.
• Knowledge of the capital equipment sales process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing URO and GYN specialty sales team to meet and exceed market goals.
• Develop and execute strategic specialty sales plans and market strategies.
• Collaborate with overlapping CSMs on account planning and resource allocation.
• Support product education, clinical adoption, and procedural growth in URO/GYN.
• Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and surgeons.
