The role requires a proven sales track record in da Vinci or 5+ years in clinical sales leadership, strong collaboration skills, and a BS degree. Remote work is supported with periodic onsite collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in da Vinci Surgery Sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of Operating Room Environment required.
• Knowledge of the capital equipment sales process.
• Previous record of managing and directing a sales team in the medical device industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate.
• Training Requirements: Attend ISI field sales management training course; interviewing skills; remote field management; implementation of sales process; platform and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a robust specialty sales strategy for Urology and Gynecology to exceed performance goals.
• Expand the URO and GYN user base by cultivating a training pipeline of new surgeons.
• Collaborate with overlapping CSMs on market strategies and account plans.
• Support product education, clinical adoption, and procedural growth in URO and GYN.
• Build relationships with hospital stakeholders, OR staff, procurement, and administration.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
