Intuitive is seeking a strategic leader to drive URO/GYN specialty sales and expand the da Vinci adoption across key surgeon networks. You will recruit and mentor a high-performing team, collaborate with Clinical Sales Managers, and build durable hospital partnerships to sustain growth.

In this role, you will shape training pipelines, monitor market trends, and advocate for robotic-assisted solutions, ensuring post-sale education and customer satisfaction through cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading specialty medical device sales teams.
• Experience driving adoption of complex surgical systems (e.g., robotic platforms).
• Ability to design and execute territory and pipeline strategies.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
